Q1. What is tracking device?
    Answer: Device installed in a human or an asset that relays location and any other information to the monitoring unit.
Q2.Is this technology affordable to individuals or only to the business?
    Answer: This technology was very expensive before but the rapid development on telecommunication, it is affordable to business and to some personal use.
Q3. Can it be tampered?
    Answer: Device is Tamper proof automated easy to use system provides location updates of vehicles. If someone vandalizes the device, data will be continuously sending to server till its in operating condition.
Q4.How many vehicle can be tracked by a device and do you need to install device tracking software in my system?
    Answer: Each vehicle needs a device to be tracked. It’s a web based technology so we provide user credentials to customers and it can be monitored through internet. We advise to subscribe at-least 128 Kbps of connection through Internet Service Provider for normal operation.

Q6. Do I need to employ a person to track and monitor from computer?
    Answer: It depends upon your need. If you have a large fleet and need to make decision instantly then you may need to employ a person but if you don’t have such need our tracking application already available that gives you certain months activity as a form of report and trip replays plotted in the map so you can see it whenever you have time. These reports can be exported to CSV, Excel and PDF formats for your simplicity.

Q7. If there is no network in the area how will it send the data?
    Answer:Our device is only GPS and GSM based system so it sends data through GPRS service. In case of network unavailability device saves data in to its internal memory and records up to 0.1 million locations. Once the vehicle comes to network availability, it starts uploading all pending data and current data. If the vehicle is operating in a remote area unavailability of GPRS service but network is available then device sends data through SMS to server but this will be very expensive.

Q8. Is it easy to install so that I can do it by myself?
    Answer:Qualified technician can only do this installation.
